Welcome to my 90 Day Body Transformation Challenge Blog!

The pictures below are the truth,as of today my 1st day of the challenge I have been on the Zeal wellness Zeal and Zeal Weight Management for 45 days and have lost 14.5lbs, I started the challenge today because it is a transformation challenge and before the real "look changes" happen I wanted to get started! These pictures are what sparked my joining the Zeal For Life 90 Day Body Transformation Challenge!
